Kansas Governor, Laura Kelly toured Textron Aviation’s Longitude production line in Plant IV of the company’s East Campus. Governor Kelly’s visit was in coordination with the announcement of a collaborative partnership between the IAM and Textron Aviation to offer a Tooling Apprenticeship Program. The program is in response to a growing skills gap in advanced manufacturing. We appreciate Governor Kelly’s attendance and support.
